Effective Date	N/A	A method of dating information in your system. You can predate information to add historical data to your system, or postdate information in order to enter it before it actually goes into effect. Effective Dates allow you to view multiple rows of data in a table, including historical, current, and future data. The effective date usually defaults to your system's current date.
EmplID	N/A	The EMPLID is a unique ID number to identify a person throughout the entire myZou database, whether that person is a prospect, a student, an employee, etc. and regardless of which campus they attend or which administrative area (e.g., Human Resources, Student Administration).
End User	N/A	Department employees who access applications (student, HR and/or Finance) to process transactions, generate reports, access data/information. Departmental users will have a general expertise in one or more applications. See also Department User.
Entity	N/A	Something that exists as a particular and discrete unit. An academic sub-plan is an emphasis area or concentration within a specific academic plan.
