The Team Leads in conjunction with the team members and campus units with whom they will be working will make most decisions about set up and business process. Some decisions may be made by the Project Director. Issues that can not be resolved at one of these levels will be escalated to the Executive Sponsor, Campus CIO and Project Director. Some issues, depending upon the scope and nature, may be taken to the Provost’s or Chancellor’s staff for final resolution.
